About

Born in Las Vegas — “the city of sin and the land of no clocks,” as he puts it — Bryan Scott McMillan grew up in North Las Vegas in a working-class Mormon household, where faith and discipline shaped his early years. His parents, who married at the Little White Chapel after his father lost everything at the poker tables, instilled in him responsibility and independence. As the eldest of three boys, Bryan often cared for his younger brothers while his parents worked, and his upbringing was marked by both strict religious structure and moments of humor and resilience, especially from his charismatic mother. Education became Bryan’s ticket to a bigger world. He excelled academically and athletically — wrestling from age five through high school and earning a Regents Merit Scholarship to Arizona State University. There, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business while achieving Dean’s List honors and joining national honor societies. He later completed executive programs at Harvard University and UT Austin, sharpening his strategic leadership skills. After building a highly successful executive career, Bryan transitioned to early retirement to focus on faith, service, health, and travel. He volunteers extensively with organizations that support grieving children and families and leads initiatives through his foundation and church. A self-described “health nut” and traveler, Bryan embraces a lifestyle centered on purpose, vitality, and giving back. His story is deeply human — one of humble beginnings, personal loss, professional excellence, and a relentless commitment to living meaningfully.
