Bryan Scott McMillan is a senior executive leader, philanthropist, and early retiree whose life journey blends corporate excellence, personal faith, and community service. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Bryan has had a successful career in business leadership.Known for his visionary leadership, he has reversed negative business trends, optimized operations, led successful product launches, and negotiated complex strategic alliances across global markets. Bryan’s expertise includes strategic planning, R&D oversight, regulatory compliance, business transformation, P&L management, M&A due diligence, and private equity partnerships. His leadership has shaped high-performing teams and created lasting value across organizations. Beyond his professional achievements, Bryan is defined by his deep faith, resilience, and commitment to helping others. Following the loss of his wife to cancer, he turned personal tragedy into a platform for hope, founding Families with Holes, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families through grief. He has volunteered with The WARM Place since 2006, supporting children and families through bereavement, and serves at Camp Sanguinity, a summer program for children with cancer and blood disorders. Bryan is also an active member and leader at Keystone Church, where he provides guidance and counseling to grieving families. Today, Bryan focuses on living fully — traveling, prioritizing health and fitness, mentoring others, and serving his community. His story is one of faith, grit, and generosity.
